The Queenstown Trail is one of New Zealands flagship trails and along with 23 other national cycle ways is billed as a New Zealand Great Ride. The Trail covers 120kms of diverse terrain and offers three hub and spoke trails incorporating Queenstown, Arrowtown and Gibbston Valley (wine country). The rides range from easy to advanced and are designed to cater for all levels of walkers or cyclists, all ages and there are plenty of transport options on hand, including bike taxis. There are seven trails to choose from, and you can walk or ride these together or separately depending upon skill level and time available. Come for an hour, a day or stay for four – bring your friends and family and discover a whole new side to Queenstown. Start planning your ride here – www.queenstowntrail.org.nz
