The villa has an elevated town location which is complimented with views over the lake and mountains.
The spacious living area is comfortably furnished and has a gas fire to keep you cosy on colder nights (there are also heat pumps and underfloor heating throughout the house). The living area flows out onto a fantastic deck perfect for year round use and enjoying a book or two with a view or some lovely local wines and a barbecue.
You can entertain in comfort with a fully equipped modern kitchen with double oven or choose to take your dining outside and create pizza masterpeices in the pizza oven. Fun for kids and grown ups alike!
Queenstown Living is the perfect option for larger family groups or for two families travelling together.
It is only a short five minute drive to the town centre and within close proximity to Coronet and Remarkables ski fields. For walkers it is also close to the beautiful Queenstown Hill walking track.
